Bailee Elkin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Board-Qualified Supervisor, and co-owner of Systemic Solutions. She specializes in anxiety, self-esteem, and relational patterns - working with clients who know something isn't working but haven't yet found the path to lasting change.

    Bailee's approach is experiential, direct, and collaborative. She moves beyond traditional talk therapy, helping clients actively engage in the work rather than simply understand it intellectually. Her philosophy is straightforward: insight alone isn't enough. Transformation requires experience.

    She is known for creating a grounded, safe space where clients can explore deeper patterns, challenge long-standing beliefs, and rebuild their sense of self from the inside out. Ortal Winer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in teens and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions. She brings real-world experience working with at-risk youth in Broward County and is certified in Collaborative Divorce.

  • Ortal Winer, M.S., LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MT3648) and Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.

    Ortal works with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families — with a primary focus on teens and young adults. Her clients often come in navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, anger, life transitions, and self-esteem. She also served in Broward County's PROMISE program, providing therapeutic support as an alternative to suspension or arrest for at-risk youth.

    Her approach is collaborative and grounded in a simple but powerful belief: the reality of life can't always be changed — but how you relate to it can. That shift in perception is where real forward movement begins.

    Ortal draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness, and The Gottman Method. She is also certified in Collaborative Divorce.

Dr. Winer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. She is a Qualified Clinical Supervisor, an AAMFT Clinical Fellow, and an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern and Capella Universities.

  • Dr. Ayala Winer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MT 2554) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH 8780). She is a Qualified Clinical Supervisor for Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Interns and Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns, as well as an adjunct professor in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University and Capella University. Dr. Winer is also a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

    Dr. Winer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling, and a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from Nova Southeastern University.

    She specializes in Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy — with a particular focus on relationships. She provides premarital counseling, relationship counseling, and counseling for life after affairs, and helps couples navigate relational and divorce issues, as well as co-parenting challenges. Dr. Winer primarily works from a Solution Focused, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework.

    She has been married for over 30 years, has three adult children and five grandchildren. She is bilingual in Hebrew and English.
